Non-refundable New Student Application Fee (one time): $55 per child
Registration Fee (non-refundable): $400
Registration Fee Schedule: You have the option of paying your registration fee in a single payment or dividing it up into two payments (1st payment due at registration, 2nd payment due the following month, and auto pay set up is required). If you would like to split up your registration fees, please email billing@pilgrimbeaverton.com.
Tuition Payments: Pilgrim charges tuition on a 12-month cycle, June - May. Billing is administered through FACTS Management. FACTS offers multiple payment plan options. Tuition payment plans must be selected during the registration process. Auto pay set up is required.
Pay in Full Discount: Tuition paid in full by 6/1/24 will receive a 2% discount.
Need-Based Assistance: Pilgrim offers tuition assistance for full-time, registered students in good standing. PLCS uses the services of FACTS Grant & Aid to determine assistance eligibility. Additional Fees: PLCS may charge additional fees for curricular expenses, activities and events. Any additional fees are considered incidental and will be charged to your FACTS account. Auto pay set up is required. Please see our Tuition and fee schedule sheet for additional fees.

Tuition Assistance Application:
Making a quality Christian education accessible to all families is a core value at Pilgrim. We understand the financial commitment it entails, which is why we offer a tuition assistance program. Families seeking support in meeting the costs of education are encouraged to apply for assistance through FACTS Grant & Aid. Pilgrim values every student's access to an enriching educational environment rooted in faith and excellence and encourages families seeking assistance to apply through FACTS Grant & Aid by February 9th, 2024, for the upcoming academic year.

The Children’s Scholarship Fund (CSF) provides children of low-income families with tuition assistance in grades K-8 and supports expanding educational opportunities for all children. You can find information on their program by visiting their website: https://csforegon.org.
