Admissions Process
Ready to apply?
Once you have decided to pursue enrollment at Pilgrim, submit your student’s application as soon as possible in order to start the admission process. To activate your application file, follow the steps below:
Create FACTS Account: You will need to create an account through FACTS, our school management system. If you are current family, you can log in to your existing FACTS account to add a student.
Create a New Student Application: Once you are logged into your newly created FACTS account, click the button to “Create a New Student Application”. You will have the ability to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
Confidential Recommendation:
The confidential recommendation should be completed by a current or recent teacher. If your child is not enrolled in preschool the recommendation can be completed by a pastor, babysitter, or family member. This form is sent electronically to the recipient as part of the online application.Application Fee:
There is an application fee of $55 per child; payment will be required before you can submit your student's application.
After you apply: Shadow Day & Informal Principal Visit:
Once you have submitted the application, our admissions team will contact you to schedule a shadow day for your student. Explore life as a Panther with our shadow day program, exclusively designed for applicants. Your child will spend a full day alongside a student ambassador in their grade level, discovering our supportive community, engaging classes, and faith-centered activities. It's an opportunity to step into the Panther experience and envision their journey at our school! Parents will have an opportunity to meet with key leadership, share goals and ask any additional questions that are important to the final decision of their child's education.
The Admissions Decision:
Once an admissions decision is made, you will receive notice regarding your child's application status. Should we offer enrollment, our admissions team will work with you to complete the final details and paperwork, including records transfer, fees, immunizations, financial commitment and school policies and procedures.
Tuition Assistance Application:
Making a quality Christian education accessible to all families is a core value at Pilgrim. We understand the financial commitment it entails, which is why we offer a tuition assistance program. Families seeking support in meeting the costs of education are encouraged to apply for assistance through FACTS Grant & Aid. Pilgrim values every student's access to an enriching educational environment rooted in faith and excellence and encourages families seeking assistance to apply through FACTS Grant & Aid by February 9th, 2024, for the upcoming academic year.
